Patrick J. Kenneally

 

Patrick J. Kenneally has dedicated more than 30 years to aggressively representing persons and families in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. His success, energy and dedication have earned him a place among the elite trial lawyers in the country.

 

After serving in the United States Army, Mr. Kenneally went on to graduate from the University of Illinois in 1964. He later earned a master’s degree and a law degree from Loyola University Chicago. After a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Thomas A. McGloon of the Illinois Appellate Court, Mr. Kenneally became an associate with Philip H. Corboy & Associates. In 1976 he co-founded Elsener & Kenneally, Chtd., which eventually became Patrick J. Kenneally, Ltd. Over the course of his career he has tried some 50 cases to verdict in Illinois, Florida, Indiana and North Carolina. He is a board member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Chicago Bar Association. The high esteem in which he is held by his peers has earned him Martindale-Hubbell’s coveted AV rating indicating legal ability and ethical standards of the highest caliber.

 

Mr. Kenneally engages in a diverse personal injury practice. He has extensive nationwide experience in birth trauma, product liability and motor vehicle litigation. His combined verdicts and settlements are in the tens of millions of dollars.
